Project Execution & Site Supervision: Oversee interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines directly on-site.
Team Leadership & Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively to team members, fostering a collaborative environment to meet project milestones.
Schedule Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure smooth workflow and prevent delays.
Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive daily progress reports detailing site activities, milestones achieved, and potential challenges
