Interior Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in site supervision and be capable of managing daily site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and completing projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out work at project sites.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and company SOPs are followed.
• Plan and manage material availability to avoid project delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Resolve on-site issues and report project updates to the project manager.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 2 Years
• English: Basic English

Salary:

• ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000
