Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage and maintain financial records and assist in daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update billing records and create invoices
- Must have good command on Talley software.
- Handle payment follow-ups from clients
- GST filing
- Prepare and manage salary calculations for employees
- Record and monitor daily expenses and maintain clear expense reports
- Track and manage vendor payments and purchase records
- Assist in quotation preparation and related documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of accounting practices on talley and MS Excel
- Experience with billing, quotations, and expense management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role
