Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Head to lead our sales, business development, and marketing strategy for thermoformed packaging and industrial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in B2B sales, experience in the plastic packaging or industrial components space, and a proven track record of scaling revenue.
- Develop and execute the sales strategy, identify new markets, and achieve revenue targets
- Acquire new B2B clients across sectors such as electronics, FMCG, pharma, logistics, and automotive
- Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
- Drive brand positioning, product awareness, and digital marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings
- Collaborate with the design and product team to develop custom packaging solutions
