Job Description
Machine Setup: Secure workpieces using clamps, vises, or fixtures, and install appropriate cutting tools.
Operation & Monitoring: Start the machine, input coordinates or select machining parameters (speeds/feeds), and monitor the milling process to prevent errors.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts against technical blueprints using precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance, clear debris, replace worn tools, and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean workspace.
