Job Description
Job Title: Mobile TechnicianJob :
We are looking for a skilled and honest Mobile Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of mobile phone repair, a problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mobile phones (hardware and software issues)
- Replace damaged parts such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and speakers
- Perform software updates, flashing, and troubleshooting
- Test devices after repair to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Provide clear and honest communication to customers regarding issues and repair costs
- Keep records of repairs and inventory of spare parts
- Follow safety and quality standards at all times
- Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a mobile technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and software (Android and iOS)
- Ability to diagnose technical issues accurately
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of electronics and repair tools
- Good communication skills
- Personal QualitiesHonest and trustworthy
- Responsible and punctual
- Customer-focused attitude
- Willingness to learn and stay updated with new technologies
- EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification in mobile repair (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience1–3 years of experience in mobile repairing (preferred)
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply
