Job Description
Handling complex technical support issues. Conducting site visits, monitoring schedules, and supervising technicians.
Introduction of multi-vendor network devices with the monitoring systems.
Overseeing equipment testing, maintenance, installation, and planning.
Estimating costs, approving project designs, and preparing contracts. Day-to-day Technical Operation activities - * network migrations, design changes, infrastructure updates and firmware updates, * Running field operations, offering technical support, and troubleshooting on-site issues Directing staff, contractors, engineers, and other on-site personnel.
Ensuring on-site efficiency and safety at all times. Analyzing data, monitoring expenditure, and drafting progress reports. Mitigating risk, ensuring compliance, and evaluating environmental impact. Drafting and submitting reports to superiors and other key individuals.
Training & Skill set require :- Qualification -BE Computer / Telecom with CCNA or CCNP completed. (WAN/ LAN/ Cisco Router configuration/ OSI model TCP-IP model VLAN STPVTP/OSFP /BGP)
