Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Office Maintenance & Cleanliness

  • Ensure the office premises are clean, neat, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Clean workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, pantry areas, and common spaces.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in Office and pantry areas.

2. Tea, Coffee & Refreshment Service

  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
  • Ensure pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and snacks are adequately stocked.

3. File & Document Support

  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
  • Deliver files, documents, and parcels between departments as required.
  • Maintain proper organization of office records and documents.

4. General Office Assistance

  • Provide support to staff with day-to-day office activities.
  • Assist in purchasing office stationery, pantry items, and other supplies when required.
  • Help in arranging meeting rooms and office events.

5. Courier, Banking & Outdoor Tasks

  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier services.
  • Visit banks, post offices, government offices, or other locations for official company-related work when required.

6. Visitor Assistance

  • Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate department or employee.
  • Offer water, tea, coffee, or refreshments to guests and clients.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with visitors.

7. Inventory & Supplies Management

  • Monitor stock levels of stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
  • Inform the Admin or HR department when replenishment is required.
  • Maintain basic records of office inventory and supplies.

8. Opening & Closing Responsibilities

  • Open the office on time and ensure all areas are ready before staff arrival.
  • Switch off lights, fans, air conditioners, and other equipment at the end of the day.
  • Ensure office premises are secure and properly locked before leaving.
