Job Description

  • Pre-Sales Executive – IT Courses & CertificationsHandle student inquiries for IT courses and certification programs
  • Explain course details, fees, certification benefits, and career opportunities
  • Counsel students via call, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
  • Coordinate with trainers and operations team for batch information
  • Maintain lead and inquiry records in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
  • Build good relationships with students and corporate clients
  • Support marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities
  • Required SkillsGood communication and presentation skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses/certifications preferred
  • Sales and counseling mindset
  • MS Excel and CRM knowledge preferred
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
