Designation - Field Recruiter

Location: Pune (Narhe | Dhanori | Bavdhan | Bhugaon | Pimpri)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of delivery executives/partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gig hiring, and be adept at working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging and onboarding talent directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct field hiring for delivery executives, riders, and warehouse staff

·        Visit local areas, hubs, and hotspots to source candidates

·        Screen and shortlist candidates through face-to-face interactions

·        Coordinate with candidates for onboarding and documentation

• Maintain daily hiring reports and follow-ups, and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.

·        Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (Male Candidates Only)
• Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/field hiring
• Experience in bulk hiring/blue-collar recruitment preferred
• Two-Wheeler is mandatory
• Good communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, basic English)
• Build strong local candidate networks for bulk hiring requirements
• Willingness to travel and work on-field
• Confident, proactive, and result-driven attitude
