Job Description
Position: Production Engineer
Department: Press Shop / Manufacturing
Experience: Fresher or 1–2 Years
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities in the press shop.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan.
Handle press machines and support smooth production operations.
Maintain production quality and follow standard operating procedures.
Prepare daily production reports and update records.
Support tool changeover and basic troubleshooting activities.
Ensure proper material handling and minimum production rejection.
Follow safety standards and maintain workplace discipline and 5S activities.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in press shop or manufacturing industry.
Basic knowledge of sheet metal, press operations, and production processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Problem-solving attitude.
Quick learner and positive approach towards shop floor activities.
