Job OverviewKalyros Engineering LLP is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Production Manager to oversee, supervise, and optimize our manufacturing and production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining workflows, boosting daily production output, and significantly increasing operational efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervision & Leadership: Oversee daily production activities, assign tasks to floor staff, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Production Optimization: Implement strategic workflows to boost production output and minimize bottlenecks.
• Efficiency & Waste Reduction: Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement, reduce material wastage, and lower cycle times.
• Quality Control: Ensure all finished products meet company quality benchmarks and client specifications.
• Inventory & Material Management: Monitor raw material levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.
• Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise routine maintenance of machinery to minimize unexpected downtime.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to workshop safety protocols and guidelines.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Minimum of a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or a closely related technical field).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically as a Production Manager or Production Supervisor in a similar engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization methodologies, and engineering floor operations.
• Age Limit: 25 to 35 years old.
• Skills RequiredExcellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to efficiency.
• Good time-management skills with the ability to handle tight production deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy for production logging and reporting.
