Role Overview - As a Program Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering Brainmoto sessions in partner schools while ensuring an engaging, safe, and enjoyable learning experience for children. You will work closely with school educators and coordinators to implement the program effectively, monitor student progress, maintain equipment, and uphold Brainmoto's quality standards.

This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about education, movement, and holistic child development.

Key Responsibilities

• Program DeliveryConduct Brainmoto sessions as per the prescribed curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create an engaging, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
• Demonstrate activities, explain learning objectives, and guide students throughout each session.
• Ensure smooth execution of warm-up activities, skill-based learning, health lessons, and cool-down exercises.
• Maintain high standards of classroom and student management.
• School CoordinationBuild positive relationships with school principals, coordinators, class teachers, and PE staff.
• Share regular updates regarding program implementation and student participation.
• Coordinate schedules for assessments, school events, and special activities.
• Represent Brainmoto professionally within partner schools.
• Student Assessment & ReportingConduct baseline and periodic student assessments as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate attendance, assessment records, and session reports.
• Submit required reports and feedback through the designated platforms.
• Support the preparation and sharing of student progress reports.
• Equipment & Resource ManagementEnsure all program equipment is prepared before every session.
• Maintain inventory and report shortages or damaged materials.
• Organize, transport, and store equipment safely after every session.
• Ensure proper care and upkeep of all Brainmoto learning resources.
• Training & Professional DevelopmentAttend all mandatory trainings, workshops, and review meetings.
• Continuously improve delivery techniques and child engagement skills.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to maintain consistent program quality.
• Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport Brainmoto events, demonstrations, assessments, and school activities whenever required.
• Follow all operational guidelines, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Perform other responsibilities related to successful program implementation.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Degrees or certifications in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related fields will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in teaching, preschool education, sports coaching, activity-based learning, or child development is preferred.
