Key Responsibilities of Sales Executive
Lead Management & Conversion: Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to convert them into sales.
Site Visits & Viewings: Arrange and conduct site visits, property viewings, and open houses to showcase residential properties.
Client Relationship Building: Understand client needs, provide expert advice, and maintain long-term relationships for referrals.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate property prices, terms, and conditions, ensuring a smooth transaction from booking to closing.
