Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • RERA project registration process handling
  • Quarterly / regular RERA compliance updates
  • Coordination with Architect, CA, Advocate & Consultants
  • Documentation and online portal submissions
  • Project approvals and compliance tracking
  • Drafting letters, declarations and follow-up work
  • Maintaining records and statutory documents


Requirements:

  • Experience in MahaRERA / RERA work preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate documentation and approvals
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge
  • Experience in builder/developer office preferred
