We partner with sports academies, clubs, brands, influencers, and online sellers to provide high-quality customized apparel without inventory hassles.

Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate leads, acquire new clients, and promote our Print-on-Demand, White Labeling, and Dropshipping services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, marketing, and e-commerce.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.
• Identify and approach sports academies, clubs, businesses, influencers, and e-commerce sellers.
• Promote House of Jersey's Print-on-Demand, White Labeling, and Dropshipping services.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Convert leads into long-term business clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage social media outreach and lead generation activities.
• Track sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• RequirementsGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Print-on-Demand, or Dropshipping is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B sales.
• Knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and close sales effectively.
• Understanding of branding, customized apparel, and sportswear industry.
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
