Job Description

  1. Manage all aspects of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), operations, including leisure group arrangements and RFP preparation.
  2. Establish sales opportunities through networking, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
  3. Build corporate database and be responsible for lead generation and deal closure with necessary documentation.
  4. Collaborate with the sales manager to promote our services and drive sales growth.
  5. Perform data analysis to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Ensure quality assurance and engage in customer service activities for an exceptional client experience.
  7. Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  8. Identify improvements or new requirements by remaining updated with on industry trends, competitor activities & offerings.
  9. Develop and maintain direct corporate relationships, with a proven track record of executing corporate groups.
  10. Identify and prospect potential corporate clients for MICE events, conferences, and meetings.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams such as event planning, catering, and operations to ensure seamless execution of MICE events.
  12. Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to corporate clients.
  13. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  14. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
