Sales Executive

1.    The job involves dynamics in the communication, Presentation, Persuasion.The candidate should have Minimum 1 year of experience in Real estate.

• Arrange and conduct site visits.
• Explain project features, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal approvals.
• Present resale, rental, and under-construction properties professionally.

1. Sales & Negotiation

• Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
• Close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

1. Documentation

• Assist clients with booking forms, agreements, KYC documents, and other paperwork.

1. CRM & Reporting

• Update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

1. Market Research

• Monitor property prices and market trends.
• Analyse competitors' projects and pricing.
• Collect customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

1. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with client.

Provide after-sales support until possession or registration. 

Working Conditions

• Combination of office work and field visits.
• Week off and holiday work may be required, depending on client availability.
• Frequent travel within the assigned sales territory.
