Job Description
Generate new corporate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
Identify opportunities in IT, BPO, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
Promote Employee Transportation, Shuttle Services, Airport Transfers, and On-Call Cab Services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and service presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility Management teams.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
