Senior Accountant

LOCATION: Pune–Mumbai Highway

EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years

CTC / SALARY: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 / month

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with experience in the real estate/construction industry to handle financial operations, project accounting, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in managing property-related transactions, vendor payments, and cost tracking for projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Manage day-to-day accounting for real estate projects and company operations

·      Maintain project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring

·      Handle customer receipts, booking entries, and agreement-related accounting

·      Manage vendor payments, contractor bills, and reconciliation

·      Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

·      Ensure GST compliance related to real estate transactions (including RCM if applicable)

·      Handle TDS deductions (contractors, professionals, etc.) and filings

·      Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly

·      Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

·      Maintain proper documentation of agreements, invoices, and financial records

·      Assist management with MIS reports and financial analysis

·      Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

·      B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory)

·      3–5 years of experience in real estate or construction industry

·      Strong understanding of project accounting and financial reporting

·      Knowledge of RERA-related financial processes (preferred)

·      Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, ERP)

·      Good communication and coordination skills

·      Ability to handle multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
