Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Keyword Strategy & Market Research
● Identify high-converting real estate keywords (e.g., “2 BHK in Wakad”, “Flats near Hinjewadi IT Park”) |
● Competitor analysis (local developers + portals)
● Create location-based SEO strategies for Pune micro-markets
2. On-Page Optimization
● Optimize landing pages for mandate projects
● Improve meta titles, descriptions, schema markup
● Implement technical SEO best practices
● Improve Core Web Vitals & page speed
3. Local SEO Domination
● Optimize Google Business Profiles for projects
● Build citations & local backlinks
● Rank for map pack searches in target areas
✍ 4. Content Strategy
● Create SEO-driven blogs for Pune real estate
● Develop pillar pages for major locations (Wakad, Hinjewadi, Baner, etc.)
● Coordinate with content & design team
5. Off-Page & Authority Building
● Real estate niche backlinks
● PR placements & guest posts
● Monitor domain authority growth
6. Reporting & Analytics
● Track rankings & traffic growth
● Monitor lead conversion from organic channel
● Present monthly growth strategy to leadership
