Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing efforts for our interior design and architecture business. The ideal candidate should have expertise in lead generation, brand building, social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and marketing automation, with a strong focus on generating high-quality interior design leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and qualified leads.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Generate high-quality residential and commercial interior design leads.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Create and oversee content calendars for posts, reels, stories, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce engaging marketing materials.
• Improve website traffic and search rankings through SEO (On-Page & Off-Page).
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
• Manage CRM, WhatsApp automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing workflows.
• Monitor marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
• SEO, SEM, and Local SEO expertise.
• Social Media Marketing and Organic Growth strategies.
• Content Marketing and Copywriting.
• Email Marketing & Marketing Automation.
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console.
• CRM Management and Lead Tracking.
• Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (basic knowledge preferred).
• Video editing knowledge using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are preferred.
• Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or Home Improvement industry is highly desirable.
