Store And Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Maintain proper stock of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
• Monitor inward and outward movement of stock.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Maintain stock registers and update inventory records.
• Track minimum stock levels and avoid shortages.

Purchase Management:

• Raise purchase orders (PO) as per requirements.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality.
• Compare quotations and finalize purchases with approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules.
• Maintain vendor database and purchase records.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.
• Maintain invoices, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and purchase bills.
• Ensure proper documentation of stock movement and purchases.
• Prepare MIS reports related to inventory and procurement.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with site teams, accounts team, and management for material requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials to project sites/branches.
• Resolve issues related to stock shortages, damaged goods, or delayed supplies.
