Store Executive

We are looking for a Purchase & Store Executive to manage procurement and inventory in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling purchase activities, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring smooth inward and outward flow of materials

• Handle day-to-day procurement of raw materials, machine spares, consumables, and tools
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors; negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Raise purchase orders, follow up for timely delivery
• Maintain and update vendor records and track vendor performance
• Coordinate with accounts for bills, payments, and GRNs
• Maintain minimum stock levels for critical items and avoid shortages
• Manage material inward/outward entries and maintain proper stock records
• Conduct physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Organize materials systematically with proper identification and labeling
• Issue materials to production as per indents/job cards
• Maintain inventory records in register or ERP/software
• Ensure proper storage conditions, FIFO, and cleanliness of store area
• Handle scrap management, returnable items, and rejected materials
