Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
  • Explain courses, training programs, and placement services to students
  • Follow up with interested candidates regularly
  • Convert leads into admissions
  • Maintain student and lead records in Excel/CRM
  • Coordinate with trainers and management team
  • Guide students regarding career opportunities in IT

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Confident and professional speaking skills
  • Positive attitude and convincing ability
  • Ability to work on targets
