Job Description
📌 Job Title: Telecaller – Finance (Loan Process)
📍 Job Summary : We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our growing finance team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Balance Transfer), and generating quality leads for the sales team.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities :
- Call customers from provided data
- Clearly explain loan products and offers
- Understand customer requirements
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain daily calling and lead reports
- Coordinate with the sales team for file processing
- Salary & Benefits Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 (Based on experience)
