Customer Support Executive (International Voice Process)


  • Job Type: Full-time


  • Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience while adhering to quality standards.


  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. Handle international customer calls professionally and courteously
  2. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  3. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  5. Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards


  • Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  2. Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience
  3. Excellent English communication skills (verbal & listening)


  • Assessment:
  1. Versant Score: B2 / C1 (US Voice)
  2. Interview Process
  3. HR Round
  4. Operations Round


  • Salary / CTC: ₹20,000– ₹32,000 per month


  • Work Details:
  1. 5.5 days working
  2. Rotational shifts
  3. Weekly rotational offs
