Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Call existing customer database (bike owners/riders)
  • Explain ride events, community benefits, and brand activities
  • Convert calls into WhatsApp group joins and ride registrations
  • Share follow-up messages and maintain communication funnel
  • Handle basic queries related to events and participation
  • Maintain daily call and conversion reports

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, basic English)
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive speaking style
  • Basic smartphone & WhatsApp handling skills
  • Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Interest in automotive/riding community is a bonus
