About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller/ Sales Execitive to support Buildrich’s sales and customer service operations. The role focuses on making outbound calls, responding to inbound enquiries, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving targets. The Telecaller/ Sales Executive will play a vital role in creating a positive first impression for the company, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through effective communication and lead conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to incoming enquiries with professionalism.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers and generate interest.
• Maintain updated records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure maximum lead conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales team to share qualified leads and schedule client meetings.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets along with conversion goals.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues politely, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare call reports and share performance updates with management regularly.
