Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively make and manage outbound/inbound calls to engage prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
2. Provide detailed counseling on courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to students and parents.
3. Follow up on leads via calls, email, and WhatsApp to nurture prospects and drive conversions.
4. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and application status in the CRM system.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and admission completion.

Effective Communication

Other requirements
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to work on weekends if required(6-day work week).
3. Knowledge of MS Office and Canva.
4. 1–2 years of experience in calling and admissions counseling.
5. Result-oriented approach to meeting targets.
