Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents about academic programs, eligibility, admission process, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
- Explain course features, fee structure, scholarship details, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate student data in CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve daily calling targets, counselling sessions, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with admission, documentation, and operations teams for smooth onboarding.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive admission experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for the reporting manager.
- Eligibility & Skills: Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or tele-counselling.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is an advantage ).
- Strong, convincing negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles.
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, CRM, and email handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
