Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Explain products and pricing to customers
  • Maintain customer database and daily reports
  • Coordinate with dispatch and accounts team
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth
  • Maintain professional communication with clients
