Job Description

  • Identify and developing new business opportunities for IT hardware products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices) & generate leads for the same
  •  To monitor pricing trends in the market and similarly with that of the competitors’ activities
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial enquiry through to quotation preparation, conduct negotiations effectively, and drive the process to a successful close.
  • Coordinate for with internal teams for order processing, invoicing, and dispatch
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and institutions
  • Address client queries related to installation, warranty, or replacements & coordinate with service teams/vendors for issue resolution
  • 2 years of experience in IT hardware trading / B2B sales having strong knowledge of IT products and market trends with good negotiation & communication skills.
