Telesales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective Patients to inform them about Clearskin Clinic's services, promotions, and offers.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for interested clients based on their preferences and the availability of our clinic's services.
• Customer Inquiry Handling: Address and resolve Patient inquiries, concerns, and questions about our services. Provide accurate and detailed information to potential clients.
• Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls. Keep records of interactions and transaction
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointment scheduling and client engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including front desk staff and marketing teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of procedures and the healthcare industry (training will be provided).
• - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• - Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team.
