Job Title: Inside Sales Executive.
About the Role:
This is an inside sales role focused on converting warm leads and inquiries into Garbh Sanskar course enrollments through tele-calling and online consultation. The role requires a consultative sales approach, where you guide pregnant women and their families about the importance of Garbh Sanskar practices and help them begin their journey through the GSC program. You will be responsible for handling leads, counseling prospects, addressing their concerns, and converting them into course enrollments while achieving revenue targets.
This role offers a strong opportunity to build expertise in inside sales, relationship selling, emotional counseling-based sales, and digital course selling.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make daily outbound calls to assigned leads and inquiries
● Counsel pregnant women and their families about the importance of Garbh Sanskar practices
● Clearly explain the Garbh Sanskar course structure, benefits, and outcomes
● Handle objections and guide clients toward making an informed decision
● Convert interested leads into paid enrollments
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
● Maintain proper follow-up with interested leads
● Update lead status, conversations, and sales activities in CRM
● Maintain professional communication with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
● Participate in sales training sessions and performance reviews
Preferred Skill Sets:
● Strong communication and persuasion skills
● Confidence in speaking with clients over phone
● Ability to build trust and emotional connection with pregnant women and families
● Strong objection handling and closing skills
● Ability to work in a target-driven environment
● Basic understanding of wellness, parenting, or Garbh Sanskar concepts is an advantage
● Good listening and counseling skills
Eligibility Criteria:
● Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream)
● Work Experience: 1–3 years in field or direct sales preferred
● Languages: Fluency in Marathi Hindi; Basic English
● Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
