Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and selling our products/services to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales

- Use CRM software to log calls, update customer information, and track sales progress

- Meet daily sales targets and goals

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs

- Pitch products/services and handle objections

- Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve sales performance

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

- Ability to meet sales targets and goals

- Time management and organizational skills

- Basic computer skills

- CRM software experience (an advantage)
