Job Description
Hiring a skilled UPS Coordinator with strong communication, electrical (AC/DC) knowledge, and vendor coordination expertise to drive efficient UPS operations and MIS management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle UPS systems including monitoring and basic troubleshooting (AC & DC systems)
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, service, and issue resolution
- Maintain and update MIS reports related to UPS operations
- Ensure timely servicing and proper functioning of electrical equipment
- Track and report system performance, downtime, and service schedules
- Support internal teams with electrical-related requirements
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic understanding of Electrical systems (AC/DC & UPS)
- Experience in Vendor Coordination
- Knowledge of MIS reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively
