Recruitment Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Recruitment Research Associate. The role involves supporting and managing the recruitment process, which includes sourcing talent, shortlisting candidates, conducting preliminary screenings, and maintaining HR records. The Recruitment Research Associate will collaborate closely with HR management to analyze recruitment trends and provide insights for strategic workforce planning. Additionally, tasks may involve the usage and management of HRIS tools for efficient processing and benefits administration.

Detailed job descriptions are as under:

1. Conduct Industry & company research within niche markets
2. Understand company structure and organizational dynamics
3. Regularly update & maintain market intelligence
4. Maintain and update data and information on internal MIS systems
5. Assist in designing research plans, market mapping and headhunting activities
6. Support the Reporting Manager in executing senior level recruitment mandates
7. Post job openings on Antal.com and other relevant platforms
8. Publish articles / blogs on relevant platforms
9. Perform additional tasks assigned by Reporting Manager

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline
• Proactive, confident & outgoing personality with team skills
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English
• Working knowledge of MS Office & other latest IT tool operational usage
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating recruitment trends and strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus
