Job Description
- Recruitment & Staffing: Identifying talent needs, creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, and interviewing candidates.
- Onboarding: Conducting orientation for new hires, creating employment contracts, and managing documentation.
- Payroll & Benefits: Administering compensation, health insurance, leave policies, and bonuses.
- Performance Management: Organizing performance appraisals, facilitating promotions, and assisting in disciplinary actions.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Addressing employee grievances, managing disputes, and conducting feedback surveys to improve workplace culture.
- Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps and designing training programs for employee growth.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and conducting employee surveys.
