Freelance Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive freelance recruiters to hire blue-collar workers across multiple industries. This is a commission-only role, ideal for individuals who can independently source candidates and drive closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation – independently source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, field visits and personal networks 

• Recruit blue-collar workforce (helpers, drivers, delivery executives, factory workers, technicians, etc.) 

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements 

• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidate follow-ups 

• Ensure successful joining of candidates 

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Experience or strong interest in recruitment, especially blue-collar hiring 

• Ability to generate leads independently (no company-provided database) 

• Strong communication and networking skills 

• Must have a laptop, mobile phone and internet connection 

• Self-motivated and target-driven 

Compensation:

• Commission-based payout per successful hiring
