Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Learn and support day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
• Understand the basics of sheet metal processing and related operations.
• Assist in maintenance processes as per standard operating procedures.
• Support grinding, trimming, and slitting operations under supervision.
• Learn basic heat treatment processes including CAF and BAF.
• Follow and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Learn and assist 20 Hi and 4 Hi rolling processes and related operational practices.
• Follow work-at-height safety procedures wherever applicable.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Gain basic awareness of ISO systems including QMS, EMS, and Occupational Health & Safety
requirements.
• Maintain process documentation and reporting activities
Required Qualifications and Skill-sets
● Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
● Experience: – 0 to 1 years.
● Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes
● Effective communication and coordination skills.
● Understanding of industrial safety practices.
● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
● Discipline and punctuality.
