A leading branded retail outlet in multiple locations is looking for retail sales specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell laptops, desktops, and computer accessories to customers.
• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding product selection and usage.
• Maintain and update product knowledge to stay current with the latest technology and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and service within the computer hardware and accessories industry.
• Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, and computer accessories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
