Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our dealership sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, demonstrating vehicle features, and converting enquiries into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales through walk-in customers, referrals, field visits, digital enquiries, and corporate leads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and variants.
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, finance options, insurance, and exchange offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on enquiries and maintain an updated sales pipeline through the CRM system.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, accessories, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure complete documentation for bookings, financing, and deliveries.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and dealership marketing activities.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and new vehicle launches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Preferred Candidate Profile1–5 years of experience in automobile sales or retail sales.
- Experience with passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, or luxury automobiles will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible schedules as required by dealership operations.
