Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Drive door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas, commercial hubs, and housing societies (RWAs).
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and convert them into Airtel broadband subscribers.
- Plan Pitching: Explain Airtel Xstream Fiber plans, speeds, and OTT benefits to prospective buyers.
- Onboarding & KYC: Collect required customer documentation, process new connections, and ensure smooth installation handoffs.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly sales/installation targets set by the area manager.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th pass (any degree preferred).
- Mandatory Mode of Transport: A two-wheeler and a valid Driver’s License are strictly required for field coverage.
- Tech Skills: A smartphone to log leads and daily attendance via the Airtel app.
- Soft Skills: Strong persuasion, communication, and local negotiation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: Typically ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (fixed) depending on location and experience.
- Incentives: Highly performance-driven; executives can earn ₹20,000 to ₹70,000+ per month in additional bonuses based on conversions.
- Benefits: Includes Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and health insurance
