Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented General Manager(Branch Head)– Real Estate Sales to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage high-performing sales teams for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for sales strategy, channel partner management, client acquisition, and achieving business targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across real estate projects.
* Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams and channel partners.
* Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
* Build strong relationships with clients & developers.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and sales compliance.
Requirements
* Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
* Up to 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
