Job Opportunity RM (Relationship Manager)
Channel: Life Bancassurance
CTC: 4 LPA
Location: GOA
Exp: fresher /sales Exp
Age Criteria: Up to 40 years
Experience Required:
- Minimum 1 year in Sales or Life Insurance
- Good communication skills
- Active and result-oriented candidate
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage bank customers (bancassurance channel)
- Generate life insurance business through bank leads
- Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Explain insurance products clearly to customers
- Follow up on leads and close sales effectively
- Ensure proper documentation and policy servicing
