Job Summary:- Major Kalshi Classes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive student enrollments and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets and generating business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and promote the institute's courses and programs to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
• Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational partners, and local influencers.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Education Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence potential customers.
• Target-driven mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Training industry will be preferred.
• Local market knowledge of Prayagraj and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
• Candidates with their own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred.
