Key Responsibilities:
Doctor Coverage
Meet doctors, specialists, and healthcare professionals regularly.
Present product information, clinical studies, and benefits of company brands.
Product Promotion
Generate prescriptions for assigned products through scientific promotion.
Communicate product features, advantages, and indications effectively.
Relationship Building
Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and address queries promptly.
Sales Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Increase market share and product penetration in the territory.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
Territory Management
Plan daily field work and doctor calls efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and expenses.
Scientific Knowledge
Stay updated on disease management, treatment guidelines, and product knowledge.
Attend training programs and medical meetings.
Compliance
Follow company policies and applicable industry regulations.
Ensure ethical promotion practices in all interactions.
