Job Description

Telecaller – Job Description (Real Estate)


  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate quality leads.


  • Explain project details, pricing, and current offers to prospective customers.


  • Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.


  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.


  • Update customer details and call records in the CRM system.


  • Coordinate with the sales team for timely lead follow-up and conversion.


  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.


  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation.



Working Days: Monday to Sunday

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Week Off: 2 Paid Week Offs per Month (as per company policy)
