Job Description
Job Title: Chief Accountant
📍 Location: Prayagraj (Allahabad)
🕒 Experience: 10+ Years

🔹 Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Head Accountant to lead and manage the accounting function. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle end-to-end financial operations, compliance, and reporting.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complete accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Ensure timely closure of books and reporting to management
- 🔹 Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / Inter CA preferred/ CMA/ ICWA)
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Indian accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally, ERP systems, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- 🔹 Preferred Skills: Experience in handling audits and compliance for mid-to-large organizations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
