Site Supervisor

Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor, (CURRENT LOCATION FOR SUPERVISE - TRIPURA & JHARKHAND) to manage on-site execution of solar and electrical projects. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with government departments, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring smooth installation and timely completion of projects.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise installation of solar systems (street lights, high mast, rooftop, etc.)
• Handle day-to-day site operations and workforce management
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with department officials / engineers
• Ensure work is executed as per technical specifications and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and maintain proper reporting
• Manage material handling and site logistics
• Ensure safety compliance at site
• Required Skills:Strong communication skills (especially for dealing with departments & clients)
• Knowledge of solar systems and electrical installations
• Ability to handle multiple sites and teams
• Basic understanding of drawings and technical documents
• Willingness and flexibility to travel and work at project sites anywhere in India
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Eligibility Criteria: Diploma / ITI in Electrical or relevant field
• Minimum 1 years experience in solar or electrical project supervision
• Experience in government or PSU projects will be preferred
